HP VEE 3.0 & 34401A

HP VEE 3.0 with Win95 handles old versions of HP 34401A well but not the subsequent AGILENT and KEYSIGHT versions, I ask if it is necessary to switch to the next versions of VEE and which one can manage all versions 34401A, thank you, Franco
