This one looks pretty good.
It has the 10811A oscillator retrofit and the desirable late model STD "mini" tube. (smaller diameter)

Usually a lot better chance of a useable tube it its the standard mini!

May I ask why ?

The "mini" tubes for the 5061A/B were the last ones HP manufactured so you have a better chance they have some life versus the older larger diameter tubes.
The standard tubes (versuss the option 004) have a longer operating lifetime, so a standard "mini" is the best of both worlds!
