Hello,
I am looking for the specifications and a manual for an old Guildline 9700PL. Is it still up to date compared with a Fluke 720A/752A and a 3458A or only usefull for bodybuilding ? Thank you.

Looks like its design was based on
this NBS research paper
, which might contain some helpful information. According to
this document
, ratio accuracy is 5 ppm, which sounds like it is substantially worse than the Fluke 720A or 752A. Not sure if self-calibration, like on the Fluke dividers, can improve the uncertainty.
