Author Topic: Found a Zener reference research paper with ADI stamp (and 2017 + 2022 date)  (Read 1487 times)

The pdf is attached
the research hails from politechnica university of bucharest
and the first page is stamped a ADI logo
and the bottom is a date year 2022

The first pages describes a zener operated by a charge pump (operating from 3.3v ?)
In the last pages there is a table summarizing them
there is also a table which calls the LTZ1000 a TCUBZ (Temperature compensated "U?" burried zener ?)
and the 4 new test pieces a TUCBZ ?  Temperature "uncompensated" ?
I have not seen a 4.7v / 6.1v QSOP reference before. So this is not a product, yet ?
