Hello,

can you me help to create a PCB Array. in the manual is this false. I have the smt550.

i will make 2 PCB in X (next to each other). in the software comes always "cannot Edit" when i will GEN PCB.

what are the instructions?
first from the first pcb to a fiducial and than the second pcb to the same fiducial?and than generate?
this has no function. always "cannot edit"

when i make on the plate a IC is this not a problem. but the fuction to make a pcb array is very difficult.

Regards
Stefan

You have to do it during the setup steps after setting the Mark fedicuals.

I have done.
you have to mark the fiducial first and go to PCB Array, then the first and the last PCB mark from th fiducials.

Did you make a backup of your original one or the SMTprog folder in the C drive when you got the machine?

it was some kind of glitch... I recreated the project and everything worked. I have a couple of questions, what is the latest software for today? and how do I change the placement of the basket?

I have the T80 and T64 models. In the T64 model, the design of the 5.6 nozzle has been changed. now you can install large components. but you also need to move the trash to another location. How do I set this up?

Question: how should I interpret the "board area" in the specs of the machines?

E.g. the HW-T4-50F has 350x190mm. What if I have chips that come in trays? Does the space of the tray take away from the max. board size or is it mounted somewhere outside of the board area like the feeders?

Also, if I don't use all feeder positions, would I be able to make a custom pickup position for a single chip, mount it instead of feeders, have the machine pick up the chip from there and manually re-fill it after every board?

Yes it does, trays will make your maximum rail width smaller. You can use the tray function to put in chips even in single quantity. Easy way is to 3D print smaller tray that hold various chip sizes that you don't have in tape form.

Thank you! In case of using a tray, which dimension gets shorter? The long or the short one? Or can it be any?

I came from a business trip. I changed the position of the trash can. everything is working fine now. I can put both small components and large ones . the revision turned out to be excellent, I have already made more than 1000 boards. PS what is the latest version of the software?

Can these machines be seperated into two parts (upper and lower) to move them through a door? On the photos there is a horizontal line underneath the feeders. It looks like this is where a "foot" connects to the main machine. Is that the case or am I mistaken?

I am interested in the T64F / SMT660 model, but I'd have to move it through a 86cm wide door and I'm not sure if that's possible.

A few people have done this.
Not that much holding the two parts together but you won't want to touch the XY gantry. You only have a few cm from the top of the head.
Feet and wheels can come off to save about 8cm.

Did you have the T6 machine arrive with the high nozzles by default?
Or you asked them to replace the nozzles?

No. I redid the last two nozzles myself. now I can take high components. but they should be placed last in the list and in a certain order.

can you tell me which electric feeder is suitable for our machines? 8mm desk number ? suppliers?

Hello dear Friend

I am Liu, thanks for your post, it is really appreciate,

But there have some mistakes in your post,

1: in your post there are some old models which we no more produce,
2: the purchase link is not from our factory, all that is from others i don't know who, the resales
3: Price are not correct, price should be consider about the machine config,
4: catalog should be update, but i don't know how to uploade it here

Thanks again dear Friend

Liu
