The Answer is always going to be way more than China but with the upside that it should be easier to work out the kinks & details etc such as how many push out points (non technical term!) you want/need and where they can be.

Impossible to say as size is only part of the equation.  A 100x100x300 part could require a few tens of grams of material and be exceptionally simple or could be incredibly complex and require a lot of material and multiple slides, ejection systems etc.. You could be anywhere between £3K and £100K for the tooling.

Upload your files to both Xometry and Protolabs - both have some online 'instant quote' systems. I've had success with beating Xometry down by over half

Why you will need a mould for up to 100pcs order? 
I mean what is a rationality spending time and $$$ to make tooling for just 100 parts??

I tested the waters a few months ago for plastic injection molding for a part not that different in dimensions from yours.

Tooling cost was consistently quoted around 15k€ from a few different quotes.

EDIT: aside from the dimensions, the part was fairly complex so YMMV.

I have not tried this, but is making your own injection molding machine something that might help you with your project?  I saw this video on YouTube and it looked interesting...
