Favorite custom rubber product manufacturers?

I need a custom rubber gasket (3D profile unfortunately, not die cut flat) for an enclosure, thought maybe some of you folks may have a line of a short run custom shop, as I only need about 1000 or so pieces.

Can't be from China, Russia and a few other countries due to contract obligations, but can be pretty much anywhere else.

Of course, I have the 3D model and the 3D printed TPU prototypes work perfectly. Push comes to shove, I guess I know what my 3D printer will be doing for a while...

I have the same requirement for a project and my current plan is to source a rapid set 2-part silicone and use with a machined mould. A 2-part silicone putty would be ideal but I can't find one that isn't coloured (I need white).

I should mention that cast silicone for me should work just fine as well.
