Is there a company that provides DE soldering components as a service?

Was wondering, with all the excess e-waste out there, as well as the soon to be wasted OLD video cards, does anyone know of a company that offers DE soldering the GPUs as a service?

Got an idea......

In china you can buy weird motherboards that use reclaimed or excess chipsets, sometimes in unconventional combinations. Likewise all those fake gfx cards on Wish etc have access to a large supply of old GPU SKUs, one assumes they had to come from somewhere.

So as a service you can contract easily - maybe.. Is someone doing it, almost certainly.

How would desoldering the GPUs reduce e-waste? It would just create more, seems to me.

Reuse would reduce landfill objects. Plus, providing old components for other projects, at a reduced price.
