I'm looking at some options for omni channel support (email, messenger and Instagram in one would be good) and something for production planning. Is anyone using Frepple? I'm thinking of using it with inventree. How about open source support options? O or is everyone running something like Zendesk / Front / Freshdesk? Is there an open source alternative? I like being able to control and customise the software but I need to make support easier to do.
