Need a large 88cm x 8cm PCB made.. Can't find manufacturer!

I need a really large PCB made.  I need it to be 88cm x 8cm 2 layer.  Itead told me it was way too big.  Does anyone have an idea where I could get these made in China?

Have you looked on PCBShopper.com? It's a price comparison site for PCBs.

I entered 88x8 cm on PCBShopper and it showed prices and delivery times for 10 different manufacturers. For smaller boards, PCBShopper shows prices from 27 different manufacturers, so it's clearly narrowing down your search for you.

It's for a 61 note musical keyboard.  All of the components are through hole.  PCB Way quoted me at $179 but I've heard iffy things about them.  Mostly, I'm concerned that these boards will be so bad I will need to do them over.

PCBShopper also has Amazon-style user reviews of several of the PCB manufacturers.

I don't know what you've heard about PCBWay, but it sounds like your board (all through hole components, and I presume wide traces) would not be a challenge to any company that's doing PCB fabrication. I'd be surprised if anyone would make boards so bad you needed to do them over. That said, even 5-star companies have a few unhappy customers.

Last month, I bought my PCB board: 2 layer, 1000*20mm from my China PCB supplier. and tested it, quality is good.

Unless you really,really need it to be a single PCB then it will usually be cheaper to split into smaller boards, as the choice of manufacturers reduces  significantly above about 500-550mm long.
And of course if you want to get it assembled, you have the same issue of reduced choice of subcontractor.

For large boards, shipping costs can also be disproportionally high, both due to the size, and the extra weight of packing needed to protect the boards from shipping damage.

Bear in mind you may pay extra shipping for large panels. If you can split it into two that will make life easier - maybe 2 halves with a joint plate (of PCB material) fixed with plastic rivets - this can give a very rigid assembly.

Bear in mind you may pay extra shipping for large panels. If you can split it into two that will make life easier - maybe 2 halves with a joint plate (of PCB material) fixed with plastic rivets - this can give a very rigid assembly.

Also the leadtimes on larger boards can be higher than normal- I just sent a proto 800x200 to them on 5 day & they came back and said 8. Also rfq'd for 50x and they said 15 (2 layer)
I've never figured.out if pcbcart are a manufacturer or sub everything . Suspect they Sub at least the unusual stuff

It's typical in the industry to use 2 PCBs with flat flex connector for 61-key instruments, giving 2 8x4 matrices.

They did send a part refund (without me asking) to compensate for the longer leadtime btw.
