Hm, with free international shipping it may actually become the first source for affordable 4-layer pcbs. At $10/sq.inch a 2"x2" will cost $40 for 3 boards. Elecrow/seed/itead services begin at $45 for 2"x2" (10 boards).
Since that many PCB's are often net needed, if turnaround time (from order to arrival) will be lower, I may actually give them a try.
Price of 2 layer PCB's is still unattractive. 5$/sq.in. makes $20 for 5cmx5cm and $80 for 10cmx10cm, whereas itead/seed/elecrow do that for $10 and $20 respectively.
