Ersa i-CON pico anti-static mod?

I'm considering to buy an Ersa i-CON pico but I would like to know if it's difficult to connect the iron to ground using a 1 meg resistor.
Even if the powercord doesn't have a ground terminal, I'm thinking of adding a banana jack in the enclosure which is connected to the iron via a resistor.
Before buying I would like to know if one of the wires in the cable between the station and the iron is connected to the metal
part of the iron.
