Note, this is NOT really a pick and place machine.  (Well, maybe it is, but I didn't see any feeders.)  It seems to be moving glass beads or something around, and only moving each one a couple cm at most.  So, it is a trade show demo to look cool, and it may be quite good for SOME job in the factory, but probably not SMT  P&P.
