I was wondering if anyone knows a label printing company in China.
I would like to have similar workflow as in PCB ordering. Online quotes, payments and generally hassle free ordering, where I don't have to have back and forth emails with someone for days. Example of some random labels below (not my design)

Do you have a suggestion?

JR Panel has online ordering, instant quotes and reasonably fast turn around. I've only used them once, but the experience was pretty good. They can also integrate membrane switches.

I have not tried it, but I would not be surprised if there were some sponsored youtube videos showing it and talking about the process.

By the looks of it they are working with ~100 EUR setup costs, which is a bit steep for my liking.

Good idea. It's not as automated as I was hoping, but I'll give it a try.

Can you also recommend a service like that for cutting aluminum front panels? (I used JLCPCB for that before but now I need 2.5mm thick plates which is more than they do)

I know this is off topic, but I haven't done a real production PCB order (ie not 5 pieces of prototype spec) from any of the Chinese manufacturers without at least 3 or 4 days of one email a night back and forth before everything is sorted out.... Just saying...
