KiCAD keep dead copper

Is there a way to keep unconnected copper when doing polygon pour?

has been set to be included in the release of V6, but right now its not properly supported, most of the push behind it came from differences when importing altium projects.

if I'm correctly understanding what you want to do, you might put a via to the GND on the second copper zone then drill it after the PCB is finished.
