Just some pics inside UNI-T 2025B scope.

I got it 2-3 years ago, and it was among the cheapest dso-scopes around, like $300. I got the monochrome version since color was a huge price premium. It claims 25MHz bandwidth, 250MS/s. The cheapest version lacks front panel usb, but there are some traces going to the port inside, so i might try something out some day..

Altera Cyclone EP1C6Q240C8N, 6k-gate FPGA
2x ISSI IS62WV1288BLL-55HLT, 1Mbit SRAM
2x Analog Devices AD9481 BSUZ-250, 250MS/s AD-converters
