Translator needed

Anyone able to translate the meaning of the dip switch settings from this 983A dispensing controller?  I have the basic operating modes available but it seems there are a lot more settings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Due the fact that some people snob anything with Asian origin, we do not have many Asian members around.

Even so I have a practical solution.

You will need to buy the ABBYY FineReader OCR software.
This is capable to extract the text at the Microsoft word, and then you can use the Google translate function, so to get some results.

Personally I have go even further, with the CorelDraw X3 I can recreate the manual translated in the new language.
All the above needs money , time and patience.
If you have them , move ahead.

Thanks for posting the translation. I just got a "Spersder" PE-986A from a stand in Shenzhen China, had no idea how to deal with the DIP switches. Seems exactly the same as the 983 except less googlable
