Import Regulation help - 25Hz thermal sensor

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any regulations or restrictions to import a 25Hz thermal sensor from China to USA?
If a license is needed, where can we apply for the license?

There are only export restrictions for thermal technology, ie it is the exporter who has to get it right and be allowed to send it out of the country.
Import restrictions are usually on things like food and medical items where there is a hazard to the country it arrives in.

There are also import taxes/duties, which you'd need to pay as the importer.

As mentioned above, you can end up with items stuck in the 'fussiest' country, you got it in OK but now cannot get it back out.  US is the biggest problem, even for UK sourced items.
