HP 54601a or Tektronix tds 210 ?

Hi, I saw these 2 scopes here in México for 120 USD, both has the same price. The hp is 100MHz is 4 ch. and the tek is 60Mhz 2 ch.
Which of those is better? My budget is limited, scopes in Latin America are way more expensive than in the states or europe, and the price of importing them is even higher. That's why im not getting a Rigol or Siglent.

The main difference is in the sample rate.
The TDS210 samples at up to 1 GSa/s meaning your 60 MHz bandwidth will give you a good view of single shot events up to that frequency.
The HP only samples at 20 MSA/s, so the 100 MHz spec is only achievable for repetitive signals.
If someone forced me to pick between the two I would pick the TDS210.
