High-quality Test leads (i.e. Dupont jumper wires)

Does anyone know a supplier / part number for high quality test leads?

For example, I have a set of these for my Saleae Logic and they are great: https://usd.saleae.com/collections/accessories/products/wire-harness-97

So it would be great to know who made those and where I could order custom arrangements (2x5 for example).

If by 'Dupont' you mean 0.64mm square:
SKS (formerly Hirschmann)
They have Jumpers of about 20cm and 1m leads with 4mm at one side.
They also sell the contacts (with shroud) which take a larger wire than most. You can crim 0.25mm³ silicone test lead wire to them. If you look through my older posts, somewhere there's more info.
