Please Help Identify this IC

I've looked all over the web and through many books trying to find this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. It's roughly 4 mm x 3 mm.

Thank you for the reply. I looked at the data sheet for HCPL-0630 optocoupler, however I can't find any reference for 644. Do you know what that represents?

Some date/lot code. Nothing useful other than for parts tracing in production.

Its meaning is shown in the datasheet, if you look again.

It's shown for different larger package. Also parts that were produced more recently have somewhat different marking.
