Very good except for one small detail, since when has a ball been almost diamond shaped Ok ok, I'll see myself out........
Yeah see comment about that being fixed. The quadrature oscillator is quite difficult to get two nice sine waves out of it with crap opamps and a diode clamp network so you have to trim it carefully for best shape hence the trimmer on the top which was stuck on as an afterthought to control the network feedback
. This thing has to be calibrated so:
1. Break X and Y position oscillators out of circuit.
2. Trim for oscillation and best ball shape
3. Reconnect X and Y position oscillators.
I'm adding links to the PCB design so you can just jumper those out. You can just short the oscillator opamps to ground but it's a bit nasty and some opamps don't like being shorted.
