Tektronix TDS5000 and TDS7000 BW upgrade...?

Hi all

I have the TDS3000B scope, and I love them. Specially that its possible to upgrade a 100MHz 1.25Gs/s to a 500-600MHz 5Gs/sec. Great!!

But, what about the TDS5000 and TDS7000 series? any hacks to get the BW upgrade? I can't find much info about it....
