Spec for: Induced error from adjacent current-carrying conductor

I just received my BM036 meter. I was reading the specs and came across the "Induced error from adjacent current-carrying conductor" for measurements made with the clamp. I'm guessing the BM036 has the same specs as the BM037 and BM035. The specs listed for this error for ACA are:
 <0.1A/A for BM037 & BM035
 <0.6A/A for BM033 & BM031

It appears to me that this is saying the BM037 & BM035 can have up to an added 10% error from an adjacent conductor, and the BM033 & BM031 can have a rather large 60% error.

Is this the correct interpretation? Most of the accuracies are given as percentages, making me wonder why this isn't listed as a percentage -- maybe I'm missing something? Note: I'm just a layperson that will use the meter in my garage, so I'm not really concerned. I'm just curious if my understanding is correct.
