HP 8568B IF Section A4A8 Q10 Part # 1855-0267 Replacement Recommedations

Have a bad Q10 JFET (HP Part # 1855-0267) that I cant find any specs on and would like to be able to replace the thing.
Looks like a 4416 may replace it but without the original specs I'm not sure.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.
