Budget Multimeter with latching continuity test
«

I am seeking recommendations on a budget multimeter where the only critical function is a latching continuity test capability.
I have considered building my own, but first wanted to see if I can just buy one cheaper.
Many thanks
David

The best cheapie multimeter I've used with good continuity test is a Fluke bare bones 114
ok, so it's not that cheap but you do get a good meter that can run with the big Flukes
