Recently i had the oportunity to work on a Seica Pilot VX.
I had a look at the userinterface and a chance to play with it a little bit and the more i think about it the more something bugs me about.
And i just remembered why it looked so familiar...
That is a spice window in the schematic view, right?
Am i right in assuming that this marvellous machine performs a complete circuit simulation on the backend which it then uses to perform offset calculations/compensations on the in circuit test?
If not, can someone expain this to me like a toddler?
Like, i get the motion stage, i can use all the usual test equipment it has in it on its own.
By the way, those linear magnet actuators on the probe heads are super cute!
I got a 3D printer, can do embedded C, CAD, CAM, 0201 hand soldering... all been there.
I know how a needle test bed works and how to design one, all good.
But i can not wrap my head around this, it looks like magic and it makes me feel stupid.
