Best place to buy a DSO from in Canada?

I live in the Vancouver area and I'm looking to buy a DSO such as a Rigol DS1052E and so far, I only see online USA retailers as the cheapest option but even then the shipping costs are a bit high.

Any advice?

I can't speak to the quality or anything else (on the scopes) but they seem to be the cheapest if purchased in Canada. I have purchased other gear and the build quality is fair to good. The service was excellent as was the shipping time 2-4 days from order time on ebay.

Not sure if this helps your decision, but I originally went to buy a Rigol DS1052E from www.tequipment.net/, and after I bought it they upgraded me to a DS1102E for free because they simply don't have anymore. This was a little less than a year ago, so if it comes down to that its free shipping, and you could end up with  an 1102E like me. either way you could just MOD it, and it is a reasonable price.
