You should program the PSU for 10V/5A and the eload to 10V 5A, then 10V .05A alternating say at 1 sec intervals, and check if the PSU actually produces that output and the response waveforms; this can be very stressful on PSU and can damage them if you do this for long periods. That load will simulate radio transmission [ or cellphones if you set it to 3.5V instead] alternating between send and quiescent.
I had try dynamic load as you suggest
DS load (CC) 5A@1s // 0.05A@1s
PSU 10V@5A, but when turn it on, Voltage drop to 0.234V
so i increase current to 5.05A
anyway, how to set PSU for Constant Voltage ?
