Rigol DS1102e Scope Locked & Cannot Unlock HELP!

I installed the latest firmware on my Rigol DS1102e Scope. It rebooted with the keyboard locked and the unlock process doesn’t work, nor will it detect a USB Drive to reinstall the FW. Is there a secret factory reset process?

Rigol Technical Support had no answer…out of warranty with $250 minimum fee plus shipping is too much.
