Recommendation for a 300V DC power supply

As one of my many Hobbies is to restore old vacuum tube Radios....which DC power supply would you recommend which can go up to 270 - 300V DC and deliver 0.15A?

As far as used supplies go, you might try looking for a Heathkit IP-17 or an HP 711A.  Both are only good for 100mA continuous output so they don't quite match your specs, but they do show up occasionally on eBay.  The Heath goes to 400V; the HP to 500.  I don't know how common they'd be in Europe,  nor how much shipping might be from the US, but there are two possibilities at least.

This is close. I bought the lower voltage one and it delivers the juice, but I haven't looked at the ripple/noise of the output.

I don't like the switching converter. In a lab supply you'll want current limiting and no smoke when it is overloaded.
