Fluke 189 firmware

 Hi I have two Fluke 189 meters, one meter it has 2.01 firmware, other it has 2.02, exist update software? like 289. Regards

unless you clone some eeproms,  you wont find any updates for the 189  ... unless Fluke update them,  witch i would doubt
they are obsoletes

and doing so,  you may loose the calibration ...

let them be ... don't touch anything

Hi, I get the firmware version from fluke app

Also you can see firmware version with Fluke viewforms software and Ir189USB cable, or with app with bluetooth adapter.

Thanks. My 189 is version 2.02. I got it around 2004 or so.

Normally I wouldn't update the firmware because it's not an Apple phone.
Updating the firmware will only make things worse,In other words, even if the update does not improve any functions or performance

Firmware version:
Push down the RANGE button and simultaneously turn the meter on.

Static display test:
Push down the HOLD button and turn the meter on.

Animated display test:
Push down the HOLD and BLUE buttons simultaneously and turn the meter on and wait a bit, must be hold down the buttons.
