Tektronix TDS3052B upgrade to MSO4032
« on: February 06, 2023, 08:57:59 am »
Does it looks like reasonable upgrade?
MSO4032 is stuck with 350MHz as I understand, because 2 ch 500MHz version does not exist.
But not looking this aspect is MSO4032 reasonably big step forward? UI, functionality, other?

I'm guessing the question is if it makes sense to buy (or trade) an MSO4032 to replace a TDS3052.

Yes, I have Tektronix TDS3052B and want to replace it with Tektronix MSO4032.
I know MSO has +Logic analyzer (this is definitely an advantage), but despite that what I might lose if I let go TDS (not to mention bandwidth)?
