Tektronix 015-0611-00 Pulse head for CG5011?

I know it's an amazingly long shot, but I have a lonely CG5011 that's pining for the fjords (sorry for a pulse head).

Does anyone have a suitable pulse head that they'd part with?  Ideally it would be an 015-0611-01, but an 015-611-00, or a 015-311-01 would work OK
