JUNTEK JDS6600 Signal generator

Hi All, I have a problem with my signal generator (jds6600 60Mhz).  I accidentally shorted the output of channel 2 which now is giving off a DC signal.  I followed the signal path before the output relay and ended up with the 2 ICs under the small heatsink  Unfortunately the markings on these IC are erased.  I also checked the other channel but these are also erased.  Can anyone that has a similar generator tell me the number of these two ICs so that I can change them.  I am quite positive that these must have failed during the short circuit at the output.
