Dioda 153-0057-00

Hello colleagues and please advise me. What to replace the diodes 153-0057-00 used among others in taktronix multimeters? The diode has a stated closing current of only 50! pA for Vr 10V. Thank you!

Solved. Used a different type of diodes. They work perfectly.
