Rohde&Schwarz RTO1012 ADCerror

Hello everyone

   I have a RTO-1012, unfortunately it the boot prompt GB Receiver" (gigabit receiver) error   This causes 1 channel 2 channels to not work
   
I try to open the oscilloscope to clean the ADC<->FPGA connector

Unfortunately The fault persists       Is there anyone to help me
