HANTEK DSO5202P SYSTEM IS NOT SHUT DOWN PROPERLY

The equipment was unused for a period of time, when turning it on the message appeared stating that it was not turned off correctly, I have already pressed f2 to restore factory defaults, however without success. I already downloaded the firmware from the official website to try to use the f3 option, but the file is not recognized.
