I posted this conversation in the HP forum, but nobody responded; I assume due to not having an answer and thought to post here.
My Agilent scope works fine but reports the attenuators are near end-of-life. While this isn't a problem, I fear the software may one day decide to lock the scope should the count reach some set maximum.
From research, I can reset this count by using a 'service disk', but can't find it anywhere.
Two questions: does anyone have a service disk, and, does anyone know where to get replacement attenuators? The service manual seems vague about their location and part numbers, and, maybe in the future I'll need to replace them.
