Finding RF communication module!

Hello everyone! I am having a hard time finding the RF communication module for the following specifications

Spread Method: Frequency Hopping/ DTS
Link rate: Up to 500 kbps
Range: Up to 10Km @ 500Kbps
Sensitivity: -108dBm @200 Kbps link rate
Input voltage: 24±6VDC
Dimensions: 57mm x 98mm x 38mm
(P.S - Mil Standard module preferred)
