That sort of money is pointless bottom of the barrel expenditure you will just be dissapointed, or buy an old pre-LED thing with blown bulb and have to spend a fortune replacing it.
For a hundred bucks you can get something like an EC77, I have one which I paid about $80 for on Aliexpress last year, it works just fine, the fan is very loud but I always use headphones anyway.
Of course, it doesn't have the light output to work during daylight, but at night it will throw a pretty decent image, only 800x480 native resolution but that's more than enough for me watching movies.
The only thing (apart form the fan) I don't like about it is the built in subtitle handling is useless, too small, no background, so it's unusable, so I hard code subtitles, oh and sometimes it doesn't like some torrented file's audio tracks, reencoding sorts that out.
I see there is a new EC77+ version with some Aliexpress sellers which seems to have the same specs, but an Android based operating system and I THINK built in Wifi, but that's not entirely clear.
