Thanks for the photos.
I quite like Yokogawa scopes, they don't show up often over here though.
Funny that the ASIC's should be marked Yokogawa, I'd expect them to be made by NEC.
The way the buzzer is mounted is a bit odd, what were they thinking?

Unfortunately there are no component-level schematics. I'm not sure I've ever seen any for a Yokogawa DSO.
