NITP666SUC Bosch Induction cooktop

NITP666SUC Bosch Induction cooktop - Bought new 2017 with unlimited 10 year warranty.
This cooktop was purchased new but it was the display and i had read years  ago that the cooling fans were loud in this model.
Situation:Cooling fans have never come on from first day of use, so it makes me wonder if there is a way to program them to stay off? I ask because the warranty tape has not been cut and if i can turn them back on myself that would be great, but if not we did purchase a 10 yr unlimited warranty.
