SOT23-6 with marking code LC01 or 7300
« on: August 18, 2024, 07:35:51 am »
Hello.

I have tried to identify the following IC.

As i can see from the other components near to it  this is a bulk dc converter controller but i cannot find which one.

Thank you for any help

Can you identify the pin function?
Are you shure is not a linear device? Where is the coil?

Thank you for your answer.

I am attaching another one photo of the board with some components removed.

I am sure because it takes 12V and at the outputs 5V

The topology looks more like a boost converter with an output voltage of 12V. Pin #3 looks like the feedback pin, with the FB voltage being 1.0V.

  Vout = 1.0V x (100K + 9100) / 9100 = 11.99V

Thank you for your answer.

I attach the circuit diagram of the unknown ic .
Maybe it will help to identify it.

Edit ( The diode is not shottky but a diode with marking L2V9 which is unknown too )

Also i have found the same IC but with marking AJ2hD from another same board

Also i have found the same IC but with marking AJ2hD from another same board

AP5100WG / AP5100W, Diodes Inc, step-down converter, 1.2A, 1.4MHz, VIN 4.75V to 24V, marking AJxxx, SOT26

MP2359 looks compatible:

Also AMS1073 ...

The diode could be MBR120VLSFT1 or NRVB120VLSFT1G (Schottky Power Rectifier, Surface Mount, 1.0 A, 20 V).
