REPARAR RIGOL MSO5074

Hi, I need help. Could someone tell me what my fault is due to?
  I connected an HDMI cable to a Samsung 32" lcd-tv to my RIGOL MSO5074 oscilloscope and it did not detect it. I turned the oscilloscope off and on again, already with the HDMI cable connected and it blocked me at the end of the load. (PHOTO 1)
Turn off the oscilloscope again and turn it on. Lights of several keys (PHOTO 2) came on and go off. The screen does not light up
the oscilloscope remains blocked with the screen dark (PHOTO 3).
If I then measure voltage with a digital multimeter at these points (PHOTO 4), the oscilloscope charge restarts and when it reaches the end of the charge it stays blocked. (PHOTO5) What could cause the oscilloscope to block?

I took out my MSO5102 out of a box (it was working before), and powered it on. It hangs with a black screen now, any clues?

Did you find any solution to your equipment's failure?

I had the opportunity to buy one in an open box. It was in perfect condition when it arrived, but the same thing happens: It only turns on some lights and does nothing else.

Can you still return it?
Does repeatedly pressing the "Single" button do anything when powering on?
