SINPRO SPU45E-303 Triple output supply

This is supposed to supply +5V and +/-15V

This one supplies +5V and +15V just fine, but the -15V is low at about -13.86V.

Has anyone reverse engineered one of these - I suspect that it's just an out of specification resistor but w/o a schematic I can only play guessing games.  I have my suspicions, and will open it up to see what I find.

But in the meantime if someone has been there and done that ...
