Hello,
I decided to replace the Dallas DS1225Y NVRAM in my 2467B because I didn't want to wake up one day and see that I lost the calibration data. The code says manufacturing date 1995 so...
I desoldered it from the board, read the content, saved the buffer and wrote it to a new Dallas DS1225AB NVRAM. I mounted a socket, installed the new memory and the scope works perfectly, passes all tests.
I used the Dataman 48Pro2 universal programmer.
Attached you can find the .bin file that I saved. It has .txt extension because otherwise it cannot be attached. All you have to do is change the extension back to .bin. Hopefully someday it will help you out of a desperate situation.
Cheers,
Adrian
