Seeking help from a Tektronix spectrum analyzer, part ROS-4720-1 voltage controlled oscillator VCO, malfunctioned when the temperature was slightly higher. measure the input+ to ground voltage drop rapidly as the temperature increased. Suspected it to be a damaged SMT transistor labeled 86, unknown specific replacement model. Seeking help

That is a mini-circuits lab part. Search for the MCL- part number.
