Keysight MSO9254A boot up in demo mode

Just got a Keysight MSO9254A which boot up in demo mode (all key/light on the front panel not functional). Reinstall the Infiniium software (5.75) with the same result. 

Did some google but can’t find any similar report. Do anybody has similar repair experience ?

Finally get it boot up into the oscilloscope mode after reseat 2 red & blue SATA like connectors but greeted by a “DDR2 Ram Interface Test **FAILED** on MEMCON_1” during application launch. Self test gave “Acq Memory Test Group — FAILED” 

Channel 1 & 2 show lots of spike, likely due to bad memory. Ch 3 & 4 works fine.

Anybody has an idea how to fix the bad memory ?

You are the very rich man. it is worth the 5K.
Just a DDR problem and a re-solder may solve it.
