Power Bank Repair Help

I have Remax 20000mAh power bank with not charging problem, when i connect carger 16pin ic getting hot, i try to replace ic but i couldn't find, ic number is "481C00CA", please help me to find equal ic. thank you, sorry for my bad english

Unfortunately slim chances you're gonna find the exact chip used, it's most likely some chinese power bank chip (battery charger + integrated dc-dc converter to convert battery voltage to 5v) so if you're super lucky maybe you'll find it lcsc.com by browsing chips in those categories and picking ones with same footprint
